Course Objectives The purpose of the internship is to strengthen students' theoretical and practical studies in the field of gastronomy and culinary arts with field experience by making use of disciplines such as management and design.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • take responsibility individually and as a team member.
  • compare service types suitable for production models.
  • define menu design.
  • discuss the practices of culinary cultures on national and international platforms.
  • define sustainability in food and beverage and accommodation establishments
  • define lifelong learning in the field of gastronomy and culinary arts.
  • report and present the experience gained in the internship company.
Course Description The internship envisages that the students who are deemed appropriate by the department will gain field experience in food and beverage businesses and accommodation businesses.
